Luscious melt in your mouth chocolate truffles. We'll start by sampling our handcrafted bean to bar chocolate. Beans that came from Ecuador, roasted and ground by your instructor Anne Boulley. Then we’ll demonstrate how chocolate ganache, and truffles are made so that they turn out smooth, not grainy and look professional, not sloppy. You’ll get to choose a flavor enhancer if desired (brandy is nice) and then do them yourself and decorate them too. Create your own delicious, personalized truffles. Box them up and pull them out for Thanksgiving, or hoard them and keep them all to yourself. $35 pp, make a box of 12 truffles.
